# Six months of Flex, free, for early-stage startups

We give early-stage startups a Flex account at no charge for six months, with additional credits on top, sized to what you are building, how you will use the Memory API, and what you tell us you need.

## What you get

A Flex account, free for six months from approval: 400,000 credits a month, unlimited recall calls, five projects, webhooks, and 3 year data retention.

Additional credits beyond the plan. We read every application and size the credits to the use case, the application, and the needs we identify with you. The more precisely you describe them, the better we can size them.

After six months the account continues on standard Flex pricing, unless we agree otherwise together. The program is a six month runway toward standard pricing.

## Who it is for

Typically startups from pre-seed to Series A, founded in the last five years, that are not already paying customers.

If you are further along, the Enterprise plan is the right conversation. If you are evaluating, Pay as you go needs no application.

## What we ask

Who you are and where the company stands: the founder, the company, its website, country, founding year, team size, stage, and funding raised. Then the three answers that decide the credits: what you are building, how you will use the Memory API, and what you need from us beyond the plan.

Applications go to the team's startup program channel on Slack, where a person reads them. We reply within a few days from support@past.dev.
